2010-05-12 - UPDATE: ATTENTION PARAMEDICINE 2010 ATTENDEES & VENDORS
The Professional Paramedic Association of Ottawa (PPAO) is the host chapter for Paramedicine 2010.
As of this posting (May 12, 2010), the conference is exactly 6 (six) months away. The PPAO has completed the Paramedicine 2010 speaker list, vendor package, website, marketing plan and submitted it to the Ontario Paramedic Association (OPA) and their conference planner for approval. We have also recommended 2 (two) new domain name purchases for the Paramedicine conferences.
A lot of work, by a very dedicated group of volunteers, will surely make this the biggest conference the OPA has ever held. As soon as the OPA approves the new P2010 website and opens it to the public, we will notify you. We are hoping the OPA can expedite this process and we thank-you for your patience. What we can share with you at this point is that the website is very sweet, very interactive and very easy to navigate. It looks awesome!

PARAMEDICINE 2010 - YOUR NATIONAL INVITE
The Professional Paramedic Association of Ottawa and Ontario Paramedic Association are proud to invite all Paramedics and allied occupations to Ottawa for the Paramedicine 2010 Expo and Conference (P2010).
Running from November 12-14 and set amidst the trendy Sparks Street Mall, P2010 is the only event designed by front-line paramedics for front-line paramedics.
Paramedicine 2005 - A Brief History
Some of you will remember back in 2005, the Professional Paramedic Association of Ottawa hosted the Provincial Paramedicine Conference at the Marriott Hotel in downtown Ottawa.
The 2005 Paramedicine Conference was the largest provincial paramedic event to date. We sold out the entire Marriott Hotel and had paramedics here from all across Canada, along with an impressive list of very entertaining headliners from across North America.
P2010 - Friday November 12, 2010
P2010 will begin Friday November 12th at noon with attendees being bused to Pre-Conference interactive workshops at the Ottawa Paramedic Headquarters megabase. These workshops will showcase innovative technology and a massive paramedic campus unlike anywhere else.
P2010 - Saturday November 13, 2010
Saturday will fill the Marriott Hotel to capacity all day and feature the highest quality lectures, very entertaining headliners and cutting edge equipment displays. We will also host a public "Touch-a-Truck" event featuring emergency vehicles from services across Canada.
P2010 - Sunday November 14, 2010
Sunday will wind down by noon with some more high quality lectures, an awesome headline speaker and more entertainment.
